DAVITA WORLD HEADQUARTERS

Building up their already established Headquarters in downtown Denver, DaVita, a Fortune 500 company and the worldwide leader in kidney dialysis care, wanted a space that reflected their culture of being community-forward, comfortable, caring, and fun—even within their food program.

 

An open to the public café, Village Grounds, is the epicenter for the living room-esque lobby.  It serves coffee by day and converts into a liquor bar at night. A 12th floor servery provides nourishment and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains to DaVita employees and their guests. Taking advantage of Denver’s 300-days of sunshine, the rooftop was designed as an indoor/outdoor relaxation spot for employees with a NanaWall, bocce courts, and expansive views. This area was thoughtfully planned with portable foodservice equipment to host catered corporate events throughout the year.
