Scope of Position

 

Responsibilities include leading our design studio, culinary and laundry design, business development, document preparation and issue, MEPS coordination, bid management, client care, etc. 

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

 

  • Advanced user of AutoCAD, Revit, Auto Quotes, KCL, BlueBeam software

  • Proven and considerable experience with design of kitchen and laundry facilities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and mentor team members

  • Strong ability to present ideas graphically and in person

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University in Interior Design/Architecture or similar

  • Hospitality industry experience

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in our field

  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
