We are looking for a Project Manager who is committed to developing and leading all business development efforts, and possesses the following traits:

  • Assist in the preparation of all phases of deliverable documents in BIM/Revit, manufacturer cut books within AQ, bulk utility loads, estimates of probable cost and equipment specifications.

  • Create and/or further develop 3D Revit models for BIM cross-disciplinary and project coordination.

  • Assist in the production and review of all documents in adherence to company standards.

  • Ensure that the company document template is used on all projects.

  • Develop all documentation to conform with Ricca design standards.

  • Assist the Director in the refinement of established project budgets and monitor adherence of those budgets.

  • Assist with the coordination of outside contractors, project team members, and/or manufacturer representatives.

  • Analyze and notify the Director of all production requirements.

  • Conduct and assist in correspondence and communications with contractors during all phases of design and construction administration.

  • Ensure that the project follows all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.

  • Assist in the review and administration of shop drawings, alternates, and/or substitutions in a timely manner.

  • Attend field inspections and assist in the preparation of the project punch list as needed with the Director or Principal.

  • Maintain a current set of design documents throughout all phases of the project.

  • Perform all administrative tasks within a timely manner, including: timesheets, expense reports, etc.


  • Any combination of education and proven work experience in the field of culinary design and/or operations appropriate to the responsibilities of the position

  • Proven experience and technical proficiency with Revit Architecture

  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Architecture

  • Understanding of BIM Management and Integrated Project Delivery concepts

  • Strong understanding of architectural project workflows (SD, DD, CD and CA phases), project management and team members (internal and external)

  • Familiarity with design & visualization applications considered a plus (Bluebeam, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Demonstrates positive attitude within the studio and company as a whole; participating in company meetings, production meetings, client interactions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong teamwork, communication, organizational and time-management skills

  • The ability to multi‐task

  • A willingness to learn and teach others

  • Extensive knowledge of culinary design and construction implementation

  • General graphic communication skills

  • Awareness of equipment, functional and workflow culinary design concepts, translating them into detailed design documents

  • Ability to lead and direct the production requirements of Associates.

  • Leadership abilities, attention to detail management, and aptitude for sound judgement.

  • Perform all administrative tasks within a timely manner, including: timesheets, expense reports, etc.
