Being independent and responsible for my own successes and failures.

Waitress at the Broadmoor Hotel where I ended up doing several design projects on the same kitchens later in my career with Ricca.

Favorite Vacation?

Photo safari in Tanzania after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Hidden Talent?

Botanical drawing with graphite.

What’s your signature dish?

Irish spaghetti, one of only 13 recipes my Mom had for her family of 8 – a very short menu cycle.

I’d rather be…

With my seven grand-kids at the farm, searching out frogs in the stream, playing in the treehouse, riding horses, counting cows, painting and drawing, eating together as a large family.
