As a Principal, Kerri is heavily involved in planning, concept and schematic design, and oversees the design process. She creates and drives the project vision, adheres to programming, and provides strategic planning. Kerri is instrumental in guiding the culinary design team to remain focused on design intent and project goals throughout the project.
Kerri joined Ricca in 2014, bringing strong front-of-house and back-of-house design skills to the table. At her previous location, a foodservice design-build firm/KEC on the east coast, she developed production and construction management skills that make her an invaluable team member within her studio. She seeks inspiration from new spatial experiences, and appreciates both the functionality and aesthetics in restaurant designs. Kerri’s passion for architecture originated at Norwich University in Vermont, where she graduated with a Master of Architecture degree, with honors.
