Scope of Position

 

This position is for a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant working 3 days per week. 

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

 

  • Answer phones and greet clients/visitors

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, conference room schedules, etc.

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, shipping, bank deposits, etc.

  • Data entry and handling requests for information

  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

  • Maintain office supply inventories

  • Update and maintain contact database

  • Customer service oriented

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to meet strict deadlines

  • Work well in a team setting and with a wide range of personalities

 

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a professional setting

  • Strong knowledge MS Office applications
