Born in the basement of Coors Field in 1995, Blue Moon has a new home in the budding RiNo neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. An old industrial warehouse was renovated, providing the ideal environment for the brewery, which now takes up about half of the 30,000 square feet building. The other half hosts a bright and vibrant bar and dining area, complete with a moon motif, with seating for over 200 people. A VIP room offers additional taps and an event space for 60 and the outdoor patio can seat an additional 150.
Their menu hosts traditional favorites, as well as unconventional offerings such as pretzels with house-made beer mustard, chilled beet soup, beer brined fried chicken and spicy noodle bowls. They serve their flagship beer, the Belgian White, along with over 24 different types of unique concoctions, all brewed on site. Guest can take self-guided tours, or just sit at the bar and enjoy this one-of-a-kind brewery.
