Boulder Valley School District’s new central kitchen will provide BVSD Food Services the ability to serve the freshest, most nutritious food every day. BVSD Food Services is consistently recognized for their commitment to serving high-quality ingredients and transparency in their preparation, which will continue to be a priority in the new facility. The innovative K-12 BVSD Food Services department currently serves 13,000 scratch-made meals per day. When the new 34,000+ SF facility is completed, BVSD Food Services will have the ability to serve 25,000 - 30,000 scratch-made meals per day. With award-winning Chef Ann Cooper leading the project, BVSD will remain a pioneer regarding the food K-12 children are served each day.
