Boulder Valley School District's state-of-the-art central commissary kitchen, revolutionizes how BVSD Food Services can deliver the freshest, most nutritious food every day. BVSD Food Services has consistently earned recognition for its commitment to using high-quality ingredients and maintaining complete transparency in its food preparation process. These principles remain at the forefront in this brand-new Commercial Kitchen facility.

The K-12 BVSD Food Services department, known for producing 13,000 scratch-made meals daily, is undergoing an exciting transformation. Upon completing our new, expansive 34,000+ SF facility, BVSD Food Services will have the capability to deliver an impressive 25,000 to 30,000 scratch-made meals daily.

This project is under the leadership of the award-winning Chef Ann Cooper, who ensures that BVSD continues to pioneer the shaping of the daily meals that nourish K-12 children.
