Wanting to open an existing cafe for increased visibility of food stations and additional flexible working space---this project has redefined drab corporate cafeterias with a modern-day marketplace.

 

Focusing on user-friendly technology, the market features ‘click-to-cook’ options through online ordering allowing employees to either pay ahead and pick up or order then self-checkout--creating an intuitive and efficient marketplace for bustling employees. Each station is welcoming and inviting with its own unique theme and food offerings, individualized branding, and interactivity through made-to-order meals and display cooking.

 

Since it’s opening the space has proven to be functional, flexible and inviting allowing for employees to take a leisurely lunch break, collaborate with team members, or find a hidden nook for independent work.

Indian Concept—The most popular option, ‘Naan to Five,’ features copper tandoori ovens, luring guests with freshly baked naan and other authentic Indian specialties.  

 

Grill/Burger Concept—made to order burgers (including vegetarian!) are prepared on the open grill for an aromatic and savory option.

 

Pizza Concept—freshly tossed dough gets sprinkled with cheese and other gourmet toppings for pies baked to perfection.

 

Salad Bar—Another popular option among employees, the sizable salad bar features both self-serve and made-to-order salad creations.

 

Deli Concept—Bagel sandwiches, gourmet paninis, and homemade soups rotate daily and provide another well-loved option for employees. 

 

Beverage Systems—A unicorn beverage dispenser creates customizable waters and soft drinks giving off a retro soda jerk vibe, with a modern-day twist.
