Morrison Dining Hall sits at the heart of the new North Campus Residential Complex, which adds an additional 2,000 freshmen/sophomore beds to campus. Due to its location, Morrison Dining helps create a sense of community, enhance student involvement/collaboration, and merges academics with campus life. The 1,000-seat food hall-style facility is encased in floor to ceiling glass walls, enhancing the modern finishes with natural light, and overall enhancing the student dining experience. Featuring almost exclusively to-order options, the 11-station food hall is divided into four directional quadrants, with dining and seating incorporated into each quadrant. The robust front-of-house offerings are made possible through extensive back-of-house support, including production kitchens, a commissary, and a catering operation, all enhancing efficiencies and collaboration for staff.
