Ricca Design Studios had the pleasure of working closely with the “Father of Southwestern Cuisine” Chef Dean Fearing. He wanted to create a restaurant that features modern Southwestern-American cuisine with a farm-to-table approach. With a kitchen that breaks barriers and compliments Dean Fearing’s outgoing personality, the exhibition kitchen encourages interaction between chefs and guests. The design includes five separate spaces to define Fearing’s areas of expertise. Unique details from formal to casual, indoors and out, there is an atmosphere that suites anyone and creates an unforgettable dining experience for the community.
