The new commercial kitchen, along with a recently implemented nutrition plan and dedicated chefs, are unique perks that are fairly uncommon throughout the rest of the NFL. Completed in Fall 2014, the kitchen served approximately 120 people each day throughout the 2014-2015 season.
The majority of the food comes from local companies, which allows for the freshest ingredients, and delicious dishes. With meals ranging from pistachio crusted salmon, to bison Bolognese over bucatini pasta, to made-to-order omelets and smoothies, players are now getting the kind of fuel they need to perform at the highest level.
