The Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar project was a tenant renovation of an existing restaurant and brewery transformed into a highly popular sushi restaurant and bar concept with multiple existing locations across the Denver area. The scope of work included a complete renovation of the dining room, bar, addition of a new sushi bar, and renovations to the existing kitchen to complete the first Hapa Sushi location in Boulder.
