The food hall at Hudson Yards, now Mercado Little Spain, was the collective brainchild of three influential Spanish chefs. José Andrés, with the help of the Adrià brothers Ferran and Albert, have created a uniquely contemporary version of a traditional Spanish food market. Carefully curated menus with ingredients sourced from all regions of Spain await market-goers. Offerings include authentic paellas, cocas, bikinis, jamon, gazpacho, patatas bravas, churros and more at three full-service restaurants, three bars and fifteen food platforms.

Mercado Little Spain is an un-paralleled food hall offering New Yorkers and tourists alike a remarkable dining destination showcasing the culture and cuisine of España.
