Josh brings 18 years of progressive design experience. He started as an entry-level draftsman immediately after earning his degree in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University. Over his tenure, he advanced through key leadership positions, including Director of Business Development during a recession, Managing Director for New York, and Vice President of Business Development. He was promoted to Principal, leading a studio with a diverse portfolio of projects across North America. One of Josh’s most notable achievements is overseeing tenfold growth at his former firm. This growth was driven by expanding market segments, geographic reach, and internal operations. His expertise extends beyond design and business development to organizational leadership, where he is particularly passionate about creating scalable management systems. At his core, Josh is a problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity, patience, compromise, and empathy.
