As a Principal, Kris is heavily involved in planning, concept and schematic design, and oversees the design process through construction. He creates and drives the project vision, adheres to programming, and provides strategic planning. Kris is the leader of the culinary design team, and is ultimately responsible for upholding the client’s design intent for the duration of the project life-cycle. 

BACKGROUND

Kris has over 20 years of experience as a foodservice consultant. He is involved in the entire foodservice design aspects, such as panning, technical execution, and site supervision. Kris has managed many types of projects, including private, state, and federal. His role allows him to support and oversee the in-house design work and all administration documents, throughout the project life-cycle. Kris is highly experienced in foodservice design within the educational, corporate, government, healthcare, and hospitality market segments.
