MOLLIE ASPEN

Ricca Design Studios led the foodservice and laundry design at MOLLIE Aspen, a 68-room boutique hotel. The project features a vibrant, community-focused bar, café, and cocktail lounge that complement the hotel’s modern, functional design inspired by the Bauhaus movement. The spaces reflect Aspen’s architectural character by blending efficiency with luxury, creating a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors. The MOLLIE Aspen has received awards including Hospitality Design Award’s Best in Show and Best Upscale Hotel.​
