Community based. Food focused. Health driven. Rutgers University’s main principle is to “eat well, live well” and the new design displays just that featuring a vertical garden known as the “Living Wall”. A variety of fresh and healthy options are offered daily with a seasonal menu. Whole food made from scratch, brick-oven whole-grain pizzettes and flat breads, make-your-own ramen bars, Mongolian grills and an ever-rotating selection of ingredients allows students and staff to experiment with flavor while eating healthy.
