Shikin is a highly experienced foodservice design consultant with over two decades of global experience across a wide range of foodservice sectors. She began her career as a Project Engineer within a foodservice design consultancy, gaining hands-on expertise in technical design, construction administration, and installation, along with insight into day-to-day foodservice operations. This foundation has led to her in-depth understanding of operational flow, logistics, and foodservice operational requirements.

Prior to joining Ricca, Shikin held senior leadership roles at leading foodservice consultancy firms based in Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, delivering complex, large-scale foodservice projects across hospitality, corporate workplace, public assembly, and other specialised operational environments internationally. She has worked with renowned hospitality brands, developers, operators, architects, interior designers, and project partners around the globe.

Her expertise includes logistics and operational workflow planning, back-of-house design, laundry design, front-of-house and show kitchen design and coordination, and aligning design intent with brand and project requirements.

Based in London, Shikin leads Ricca’s UK presence and plays a key role in strategic growth across Europe, the EMEA region, and Ricca’s global platform, bringing a pragmatic, operations-led approach grounded in deep technical knowledge and global delivery experience.
