Slater’s 50 50, a trailblazing restaurant concept celebrated for its delectable burgers that blend half beef and half bacon, opened its very first establishment in the heart of downtown Denver Ricca Design Studios collaborated with Roth Sheppard Architects on this project to craft the back-of-house kitchen and the front-of-house bar.
While the iconic 50/50 burger takes center stage, the restaurant is a treasure trove of culinary delights. Highlights include milkshakes that indulge the senses, fresh salads, customizable flatbreads, and a generous selection of beers. Slater’s 50/50 is renowned for its beer offerings, and the Denver location takes this tradition to the next level with an impressive lineup of 53 local and craft beers on tap. The Denver outpost also introduces locally inspired menu offerings unique to this location, such as the delectable Flatirons Bowl, the RiNo Wrap infused with local flavors, and the Gold Nugget Tots, all of which pay homage to the vibrant Denver culinary scene. Slater’s 50/50 provides the convenience of takeout, ensuring that their culinary delights are readily available to everyone.
