The Collective, a space geared towards affordable community programming in Snowmass and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley community, opened its doors in December 2019. Located in the heart of the Snowmass Base Village, the Collective features Mixsix, a fast-casual nutritional focused eatery, Moxibar, a game lounge, and an immersive art experience.
Longtime local chef Martin Oswald leads the culinary and dining experience at Mixsix and Moxibar. “We have a modern, different design in the kitchen, to understand and handle both needs,” says Oswald, referencing how they serve events with hundreds of guests to small private events. Throughout the summer months, The Collective hosts a Community Dinner Series by Mixsix on the patio, afternoon happy hours, and numerous community engaging events – from outdoor movies to artisan markets. The family-friendly atmosphere offers something for everyone, in a stunning setting at the base of Snowmass Village.
