Ricca Design Studios collaborated with Hanbury on the sPARK Axis Amenities Center to design a foodservice space that complements the project’s adaptive reuse vision—transforming an existing office building into a vibrant community hub. Our team created a café and catering pantry that seamlessly integrate with the building’s flexible, open-plan environment, supporting both daily operations and event-driven service. The design emphasizes transparency and connection, allowing food preparation and service to become part of the social experience while maintaining efficient back-of-house flow. Through thoughtful layout planning and equipment selection, we ensured that the culinary spaces reflect the project’s overall goals of innovation, collaboration, and hospitality-driven design.
