TENNYSON PLANO

Ricca Design Studios provided culinary design services for the renovation of a corporate retail dining outlet located in the Tennyson, a Class A office building in Plano, TX. The space functioned as a small café and pizza bar before the renovation, servicing the multi-tenant office building. Upon completion of the renovation, the dining area is now a high-end coffee bar, quick service retail café, and speakeasy. With 40+ restaurants located down the street in Legacy West, the focus of the foodservice operation is geared more towards coffee, quick bites, and convenient snacks, instead of offering a full menu. Ricca’s scope on the project included the front-of-house servery, the back-of-house kitchen, preparation, and storage spaces.
