Centró Fusion™: One of our latest, forward-thinking designs. Twelve unique, multi-cultural dining platforms are fused together around a central core: the kitchen. This efficient solution promotes shared equipment and staff between various venues, reducing overhead costs considerably. The layout provides 360 degrees of display cooking, which is not only visually enticing but helps shorten lines as well.

The hottest, new, innovative dining trends fill this space. Local gardens and sustainable seafood farms provide fresh foods and support the local community. Infused waters, fresh juices, and healthy grab-n-go options promote wellness. Students are provided with several allergen-free, vegan, and kosher options. An economical, imaginative, and energetic design that encourages community and healthy eating.
