Cross Village began welcoming students in the Fall semester of 2018. The University of Oklahoma's newest P3 project is an amenity-rich residential college with housing for up tp 1,200 students. Featuring luxury-style apartments. two fitness studios, a blow dry bar, gift store, clothing outlets, and a healthcare clinic.

The highlight of the new neighborhood is the 40,000 SF food hall style marketplace named Acre Provisions. Acre portrays a modern farmhouse feel with an emphasis on health and local sourcing throughout the marketplace. Cross Village also features three university run dining concepts; Born & Grazed, a meat counter, Pitch Fork, and Farmer & Kale, a vegetarian platform. The additional micro-restaurants that make up the dining options at Cross include, Credo Kitchen, allergen-friendly restaurant Glow Kitchen, Milkflower Gelateria, Basic Knead, and a coffee shop, The Hive.
