VICEROY SUGAR BEACH

Ricca Design Studios provided culinary design services for the property enhancements project at Viceroy Sugar Beach in St. Lucia, which included both renovations and new construction. Ricca worked closely with Viceroy and the design team to create food and beverage spaces that elevated the dining experience and kept guests entertained and satiated through all different dayparts of the operation. Ricca’s scope included the Bayside Restaurant kitchen, which supports a la carte lunch and dinner services, catering/events, room service dining, and also beach/poolside drinks and meal service. Ricca’s scope also included multiple bars throughout the property, including Jalousie Bar, Bonte Restaurant Bar, Palm Court, and Boopa’s, a grab & go café.
