Born and raised just outside of Denver, Greg joined Ricca in 2015, bringing with him a diverse background in design and project coordination. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a graphic designer and as a project coordinator for a leading hospitality purchasing agency, developing a strong blend of creative and technical skills across the Front Range. Greg’s passion for design was sparked at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a degree in Environmental Design with a focus on architectural and interior design. Throughout his education, he gained firsthand experience in the foodservice industry through roles as a busser, host, event staff, and barista — deepening his understanding of operational flow and guest experience. His well-rounded background in hospitality, construction, and design continues to inform his thoughtful, team-oriented approach to foodservice design.
