ON TAP: Presented by FCSI, The Americas


Ricca’s own Ted Doyals, Principal, was featured recently on Foodservice Consultants Society International The Americas’ On Tap Podcast, hosted by Wade Koheler. With a mix of personal and professional questions, Ted shares a bit of his background and what led to his passion in foodservice design, including his favorite project to date and his biggest lesson learned. Ted also shares how his past mentors have impacted his career and how he hopes to pass on that knowledge to others.



Corporate offices are taking on a modern twist for hardworking and busy individuals, giving them the energy needed to perform their best throughout their workday. A newly renovated Class A, multi-tenant office building in Plano, TX offers a high-end coffee bar, quick service retail café, and a speakeasy. The renovated foodservice space is now geared towards coffee, small bites, and convenient snacks. Ricca’s scope on the project included the front-of-house servery, the back-of-house kitchen, preparation and storage areas.
